Research and development projects

The CompResearch area of interest covers research and development (R&D) projects directed to widely understood deployment of technological innovation in the commercial applications market.

One of the most important, finalized research projects in the field of utilizing the modern wireless networking technologies is the m-Business product.

The presently planned and developed R&D projects include:

·   Advanced technological SEQUANT project (innovative Quantum security system for future wireless telecomunication networks) prepared for develepment by an international consortium within the Information Society Priority of the European Union 7th Framework Programme).

·    e-Administration application project (information technology solution with high functionality of the new generation system for administration sector in the distributed Internet architecture), at final stage planned to be developed by a domestic consortium within the 1.4 Activity of the SPO-WKP support programme (Sector Operational Programme - Improvement of Companies Competition).

·    Project within the SPO-WKP Activity 1.4 concerning development of classical information security systems (including works on improving and develeloping SSL and IPSec protocols and extending alternative to the endangered PKI infrastructure authentication methods - particularly those utilising the concept of so called quantum signatures).

·    Project within the MNiI competition (Polish Ministry of Science and Information Technology) with the cooperation with the Innovation Centre of Chief Technical Organization, concentrating on modern solutions enabling simple utilization of the complex information technologies (particularly including application research in simplifying the identification of the user's position in the complex environment of advanced information technology solutions, automatization of user help processes, and development of modern interface technologies).

·    Internal project of the modern new generation BPM information system (integrating solutions from the area of ERP, CRM, BI, Workflow, EDI, RFID, SFA i RTGS).
