About CompResearch

CompResearch is an independent department of the CompSecur company for monitoring, research and development.

Our research and development (R&D) activities and their monitoring concern information processing within the system models implemented by prospective and innovative technologies in the areas of classical information theory, quantum engineering and information technology, spintronics and nanotechnology.

CompResearch is based on 

• Experience and scientific-technological background of supportive academic environments, including:
  • Broad domestic contacts within the KBN network (Polish Comitee for Scientific Research)
  • International contacts and cooperation (i.a. within the European Union Framework Programmes);
    
• Pressure on innovative solutions in IT technologies in the areas of:
  • IT software engineering (quality of provided services and products innovation, eg. the e-Administration project);
  • IT security engineering (recognition of deployment possibilities of innovatory quantum technologies, especially the Quantum security system for future wireles telecomunication networks project);
  • IT network engineering: design and deployment of innovatory solutions in the area of wireless communication environments (eg. the m-Business project).
    
• Involvement in the cooperation within the priority activities of supportive EU programmes, planned as means of effective implementation of the Lisbon strategy:
  • within the priorities of EU activities, the particullarly strong consideration of ventures in the area of highly advanced technologies functioning on the academic background and contact between business and science.
    
• Cooperation in innovative projects located in the academic environment, in the area of higly advanced information technologies, with particular pressure on the direction of nanotechnology and quantum engineering.
