Research and development creates the future

Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the website of CompResearch, the department of CompSecur company that deals with research and development (R&D) activities.

One can presently still observe a huge insufficiency of innovation, especially in the area of advanced technologies. According to the European Commitee report, in 2005 Poland has been locaten at only 21st place out of 25 member countries with regard to technological innovation in economy. More detailed data indicate, that Poland spends for R&D activities in public sector on average 0,4% of GDP a year, and 0,2% of GDP in private sector, and has been characterized in the Report as a country that "looses its ground" in this field.

The expected development in this area requires stronger cooperation of academic environments, actively conducting scientific research, with deployment partners, and with mediation od spin-off type companies. CompResearch takes part in such activities.
